We are so excited you are interested in being a Educational Guest for our faire. Here are some things you'll need to know.
- We are looking for people or small groups to provide educational entertainment. This can be anything that offers a learning experience for the patrons through demonstrations and/or participation.
- We ask that you provide an experience that fits well within the Renaissance theme.
- The area where the faire will be held is down a hill. If you have props, equipment, or other items you will need and you don't have a vehicle that can traverse it, we are happy to assist you.
- This a small faire on our property. We hope to have somewhere between 100-120 patrons, but there is no guarantee on how many will attend.
- With this being a small faire, our budget is very limited. We ask that you let us know how much you would like to be compensated for your time with us and we will do our best to accomodate you. You may collect tips and you're encouraged to do so. You are also welcome to sell merchandise.
- Educational Guests are encouraged carry personal and liability insurance..
- Educational Guests must agree to the terms within their contract.
- All parties associated with Educational Guests must agree to the event waiver.
